Paynes Prairie

There's a place in swampy north central Florida where wild horses frolic with butterflies in the afternoon sun. The wide expanse of midnight sky sparkles with diamonds and the moon seems close enough to touch.

Our Paynes Prairie earrings were inspired by the biologically and historically unique preserve located between Gainesville and Micanopy, Florida. In addition to wild horses and butterflies, Paynes Prairie is home to over 20 distinct biological communities, including alligators, bison and 270 species of birds.
